Order Processing

Physical orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays), unless a product listing states otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

Digital Downloads Policy
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital sales are final.
If you have trouble accessing your file, contact us, and we’ll help you retrieve it.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds (Physical Products)
We want you to be satisfied. If something isn’t right:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable (unless required by law or the order was incorrect/damaged).
Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Non-returnable items: Digital products, personalized items, and any item marked final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your physical item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/issue and packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund based on the situation.
Cancellations (Physical Products)

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not entered production/fulfillment.

If an order has already shipped or been printed, it cannot be cancelled.
Coaching Session Policies (If Applicable)
