Shipping (Physical Products)

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays), unless the product listing states otherwise.

  • Some items may be printed and shipped by third-party print partners (print-on-demand). In those cases, processing times can vary.

 

Shipping rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier.

 

Estimated delivery

  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or peak seasons.

 

Shipping address accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

 

International shipping

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing may cause delays outside our control.

 

Tracking

  • Tracking is provided when available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 

Digital Products (If Applicable)

  • Digital downloads are delivered electronically (via instant access or an emailed link).

  • All digital sales are final due to the nature of downloadable products.

  • If you have trouble accessing your file, contact us, and we’ll help you retrieve it.

Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.

 

Return window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
    (You can change this to 7/30 days if you prefer.)

 

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unmarked, and in original condition

  • Returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage in transit

 

Non-returnable items

  • Digital downloads

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Items marked “Final Sale.”

  • Courses

  • Live Sessions

 

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be available for the same item (if stock/printing availability allows).

  • If you received the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The damage/issue

    • The packaging (including any shipping label)

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue and availability.

Refunds

Approval

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial decision.

Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).

Shipping fees

  • Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable, unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not entered fulfillment/production.

  • Once an order has shipped or entered print production (for print-on-demand items), it cannot be cancelled.

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

  • Photos of the item if it is damaged/incorrect
