About Me

Adam Boggess shares interfaith books and spiritual practices that guide readers toward mindfulness, peace, and resilience.

Adam Boggess is a spiritual resilience educator, life coach, and founder of Tatted Chaps Press. A former U.S. Marine turned interfaith leader, he now serves as a Navy Chaplain, offering over two decades of military service and soul-centered guidance to individuals, families, and communities navigating life’s most demanding seasons.

Currently based in Okinawa, Japan, he leads personal resilience retreats focused on helping participants recover hope, reclaim purpose, and rebuild inner strength. His approach blends evidence-informed strategies with ancient wisdom, inviting holistic healing across mind, body, and spirit.

Holds graduate degrees in theology and pastoral counseling and is pursuing another in holistic healing and spiritual resilience at the doctoral level. His interdisciplinary work integrates global religious traditions, psychology, metaphysics, and lived experience. He is especially committed to making spiritual growth accessible, inclusive, and transformative for those experiencing grief, transition, or soul fatigue.

Outside of his professional work, he finds joy riding his motorcycle along coastal roads, playing traditional Okinawan music on the sanshin, and sharing meaningful conversations over tea. Above all, he treasures time with his family—his deepest source of purpose, love, and grounding. His family is not just a value—it is the heartbeat of everything he does.
