About Me

Adam Boggess is a resilience educator, life coach, and founder of Luminous Pathways International. A former U.S. Marine, he brings over two decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, and communities through high-stress seasons of life by helping people regain clarity, rebuild inner strength, and move forward with purpose.
Living in Okinawa, Japan, Adam facilitates personal resilience retreats and offers coaching designed to restore hope and strengthen the whole person. His approach blends evidence-informed tools with time-tested wisdom traditions in a practical, grounded way, supporting well-being across mind, body, and spirit.
Adam holds graduate training in theology and pastoral counseling and is pursuing doctoral-level work focused on holistic healing and resilience. His interdisciplinary framework integrates psychology, comparative spiritual traditions, and lived experience, with a strong commitment to making personal growth accessible, inclusive, and transformative, especially for those navigating grief, transition, burnout, or deep fatigue.
Outside of work, he enjoys riding his motorcycle along coastal roads, playing traditional Okinawan music on the sanshin, and sharing meaningful conversations over tea. Above all, he treasures time with his family, his deepest source of purpose, love, and grounding.
